    Amazing Service

    First time ordering Fish online and was pretty nervous. I am 100% happy with the fish ordered and Serviced received from Jp and Peet (Marvellous Catfish) was amazing, Peet went the extra mile to try and solve a problem with the courier company. Just for ref when ordering from a small town, that the couriers will deliver the next day or make an alternative beforehand. Will order again!!!!

    The extra mile

    Great service. Fish are healthy and looks amazing. Worked with JP from my tanklife and together with marvellous catfish and incredible fish they went the extra mile and made my shipping even more convenient. Would just suggest you make sure to send the correct fish as ordered, understandable that small slip ups do happen though.

Terms and Conditions

We DO NOT accept returns on livestock. However, should you want to swop or exchange an item or livestock ordered, please contact us at marvelouscatfish@gmail.com and we will gladly assist provided those items have not been prepped for courier.


We offer courier or collection for all livestock and items purchased from our store.

We have a physical store for visits but with prior arrangement please. Please use our digital store for stock checks and we encourage you to order online.  

Local collection (Muldersdrift) is FREE. This must be arranged via email or whatsapp
Courier delivery for all livestock is overnight (subject to the delivery area).

All other goods or items purchased could take 1 – 5 days for delivery.

Courier charges will be calculated on checkout.

Items and livestock will only be sent out once payment reflects into our account.
Courier will be done on Monday to Wednesday for livestock (Thursday latest for Gauteng) and Monday to Thursday for all other items.


We do not accept returns on items that are not to the buyers liking or if you have ordered an item that you no longer need.
Should you wish to return an item or have ordered the incorrect item the courier costs will be for the buyers’ responsibility.
Any item that has been misused, altered or damaged through negligence will be dismissed from claims.
Should you receive an item that has been damaged by the courier company please contact us within the hour of receiving. We will only accept evidence in the form of a video before processing.

Any DEAD ON ARRIVAL claims must be forwarded within the hour of receiving and evidence sent in the form of a video in the original bag. The buyer in such case can then choose to be refunded or have the livestock replaced on condition of availability of stock.
Any claims on livestock can only be done in the first 24hrs of receiving.
