Terms and Conditions

Guarantee

1.      We guarantee that we will send you fish that are in great condition when we pack them.

2.      All our fish are packed in polypropylene boxes, assisting in temperature control during delivery.

Claims

1.      All claims must be accompanied with good quality pictures.

2.      Approved claims will either be refunded or credited with your next order.

3.      We cannot accept any claims on products that you ordered by mistake, or don’t like after you received it.

4.      We have the right to cancel orders and refund the client for whatever reason, or refuse to assist a client.

Shipping Policy

1.     We ship country wide (South Africa) via The Courier Guy.

2.     Rates start at R120 and are calculated according to weight and destination, therefore transport fees will vary with each parcel.

3.     Calculated rates will be done separately for each order during checkout, on the website.

4.      Parcels are generally dispatched the following Monday after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy with tracking service available.

5.      We don’t want to see our quality fish spending a weekend in a warehouse and therefore will only send on other week days if the customer insist on it. In these cases it is without any guarantee of any form. No weekend shipping available. 

6.     Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage charges. 

7.     We advise you to group all items into one order to avoid paying extra shipping fees.

8.     Packages are dispatched at buyers own risk although we will take special precautions to ensure that each item is packed and handled with the necessary care.

Refund Policy

1.     To start the refund process please send a WhatsApp to 0649022006.

2.     When we have approved and verified that your refund claim is valid, we will contact you with further details on how you prefer the refund. 

3.     Please take note that should the refund be for any other reason than a fault from our side i.e., Wrong item dispatched etc. the courier charges for the refund will be for the customer’s own account.

4.     Upon receiving your items, please inspect them thoroughly to ensure that no damages were incurred during the shipping process, if any damage, a faulty product or if there’s any problem regarding the livestock it must be reported within 3 hours from receiving the box from the courier service at 0649022006.

5.   Please also include photos of said damages.
