2. Any order with the following products listed below may attract a fixed surcharge:
• Substrates 9L and above
• Certain Hardscapes
3. Certain products are ONLY for collection in Durban, KZN.
4. Shipping will occur once payment reflects within our account, the order will be processed and shipped on the following day.
5. Delivery duration is governed by our courier partners and range between 24-72 hours.
6. Latest dispatch of plant shipments will be:
• Wednesday – Regional/Outlying
• Thursday – Central Major Cities
• If the product is found to be faulty within the first 7 days of purchase, we will either replace or refund once suitable evidence is provided in the form of images or video.
• Claims resulting from negligence, misuse or incorrect operation of products will be dismissed.
• Goods that have been received damaged from the shipping process need to be reported within 30 minutes of being signed for, suitable evidence is required in the form of images or video.
• We do not accept any returns on any products that are not to the buyers liking.
• If your product has a defect which falls within the warranty period, we will assist you in your claims process by providing supplier channels or contact details if we are unable to assist.
• In the event that you wish to return your product, the buyer remains responsible for the shipping fee in order to get the product back to us.

Plant quality
Generally good quality plants and service. Ordered some lagenandra meeboldii though and the quality is very below par. Two leaves per plant which have melted quite badly already too, at R120 a plant it seems a bit ridiculous. I would atleast expect healthy and strong plants. They will be nursed back to life which is fine but I don't want to pay premium prices for things that should be in a "bargain bin".

I would highly recommend this vendor for plants. Not only was the ordering and shipping process seamless, the plants that arrived were of an extremely good quality.
